We welcome the opportunity to serve you and your guests for any occasion (birthdays, wedding rehearsal dinners, retirements, etc.).  We have a beautiful attached patio that can accommodate up to 36 people.  Our patio is fully covered (and enclosed and heated during inclement weather) or open air (al fresco) dining during spring/summer/fall months.  

Due to the high volume of walk-in and other reservations during our dinner services throughout the week, we are only accepting large parties (24-36 guests) as a private party on our patio and ALL guests must be seated No Later Than 6:30pm - these parties will be served as a buffet menu service.

Smaller large parties (17- 23 guests) may be seated in our dining or patio and ALL guests must be seated No Later Than 6:00pm - these parties will order from our regular menu and will not be considered a private party (i.e., other guests may be seated on patio or dining room).

Reservations for 6-16 guests may be requested by calling our restaurant directly at (757) 689-2800 at least 24 hours in advance.

Reservations for 17 - 36 guests must be requested by completing the Large Party Reservation Form (scroll below).

Pricing listed in our Sample Buffet Menu are per person, plus taxes (11.5%) and gratuity (20%).  Prices include soft drinks (sodas, water, iced tea, coffee, etc.).  All specialty non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages will be billed ala carte.  Host/Hostess of the party may elect to open a pre-determined bar tab to allow guests to order beverages until the bar tab is reached and then guests will be notified future beverages will be billed to them individually. 

Deposit and Minimum Purchase Requirement

We require a $500 deposit* for all private party reservations (24 - 36 guests on patio). Deposit credit is applied to final check and IS NOT a separate fee.  We also require a minimum purchase of $995 (food and/or beverages) for all private parties.  Deposit is required at time of confirming reservations/menu selection. 

Refunds of Deposit(s)

• 100% of deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date. 
  
• 50% of deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to the scheduled reservation date. 
• 0% of deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled reservation date. 

Seating & Relinquishing of Tables/Chairs

Due to limited seating throughout the restaurant, all guests are expected to arrive at time of the reservation.  Guests will be seated when at least 50% of the guests have arrived.  Tables/chairs may be removed from the reservation area 15 minutes after the reservation time to be reassigned to other walk-in or guests on our waitlist.  Tables for large parties will not be held for unseated guests more than 15 minutes after the reservation time.
