This is a six course wine dinner event.
$75 per person (plus taxes & gratuity)
Couples willing to be seated with another couple at same table
will receive a $20 Gift Card (per couple) to be used during a future visit.
Our Head Chef Aspen Caples and Certified Sommelier Matthew Fitzgerald of Winebow have done it again - they created an delicious six
course dinner featuring perfectly paired wines and food tastings
from around the world.
Join us as we visit Australia, USA (Napa Valley), Argentina,
Italy, France, and Spain.

Roasted golden beets, fuji apples, toasted walnuts and goat cheese tossed with Romaine lettuce, mixed greens, and our house made orange honey vinaigrette.

Sous Vide Garlic & Herb Frenched Lamb Lollipops
Frenched sous vide rack of lamb lollipops marinaded with garlic and special herbs, then pan seared to a perfect medium rare temperature. Topped with demi-glace and served with roasted fingerling potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
