Wine Dinner

FIREBREW Bar & Grill proudly presents our 7th annual holiday wine dinner

on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at 5:00pm. 


This is a six course wine dinner event.


$75 per person (plus taxes & gratuity)

Couples willing to be seated with another couple at same table

will receive a $20 Gift Card (per couple) to be used during a future visit.


Our Head Chef Aspen Caples and Certified Sommelier Matthew Fitzgerald of Winebow have done it again - they created an delicious six
course dinner featuring perfectly paired wines and food tastings

from around the world.

Italy, France, and Spain.

Root Vegetable Bisque

Roasted golden beets, fuji apples, toasted walnuts and goat cheese tossed with Romaine lettuce, mixed greens, and our house made orange honey vinaigrette.

Potato gnocchi, parmesan cheese, and fresh basil tossed in a creamy roasted red pepper sauce.

Sous Vide Garlic & Herb Frenched Lamb Lollipops

Frenched sous vide rack of lamb lollipops marinaded with garlic and special herbs, then pan seared to a perfect medium rare temperature.  Topped with demi-glace and served with roasted fingerling potatoes and Brussels sprouts.

Dark Chocolate Mousse

Dark Chocolate mousse with mint cream, dark chocolate shavings, and mint leaf.  Served in a crushed peppermint rimmed martini glass.
