Our Head Chef Aspen Caples and Certified Sommelier Matthew Fitzgerald of Winebow have done it again - they created an delicious full four course dinner featuring wines from the Pacific Northwest (Oregon and Washington) and autumn food courses that will have you saying or thinking "WOW" from our first course (Autumn Salad) to our final course (Vanilla Bean Bourbon Apple Crisp) and all courses in between.

Fresh Atlantic salmon pan seared and finished in our 600+ degree fire deck oven, topped with sauteed arugula and spinach, dijon cream, crisp tomato skin garnish and red wine reduction sauce.
Blueberry Beef Tenderloin*
Mouth watering beef tenderloin sous vide then pan seared with a blueberry pinot reduction and parsley oil. Served with herbed rainbow fingerling potatoes and roasted asparagus.
